The 2025 campaigns of the AVSI Foundation focused on promoting both its Distance Sponsorship (SAD) program and the 5×1000 initiative, enabling individuals to support educational and development projects for children, young people, and vulnerable communities in multiple ways.
The creative challenge
The project did not launch new campaigns from scratch but focused on the deep optimization of existing ones, refreshing the creative assets and refining donation flows through a dedicated training workshop with AVSI staff. The core of the effort was a redesign of the donor journey that placed supporters at the center of the experience across the entire funnel, from improving the presentation of initiatives on the website to guiding users through personalized content and targeted email workflows. By promoting both Distance Support and 5×1000 donations, the strategy prioritized clarity and relevance to foster a closer, more progressive connection with every lead.
Execution
As a result, AVSI achieved more efficient campaigns and gained a strategic, operational framework that allows the team to manage digital activities autonomously, ensuring continuity, scalability, and greater impact across both programs.
